Box Office Information
When can you buy tickets?
-Online, 24 hours a day.
-By calling 864-268-9342 to contact the box office during box office hours.
-In person at the box office during box office hours.

*Enter through single green door and go to the Information Desk located in the main hallway. If door is locked, please ring the door bell.
Box office hours:
*The Box office will close 5 hours before production time on days of production and will re-open for in house purchases one hour before production time. Tickets may be purchased online during this time.
*The Box office will always be closed on Saturday and Sunday, but tickets will still be available for purchase online.
*All orders made over the phone or online must use a form of debit or credit card. Checks or cash is only allowed with in person purchases at the box office.
Ticket Exchanges and Refunds:
Ticket sales are final. All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are non-exchangeable unless severe weather occurs and the performance is cancelled. If a performance is cancelled, you will be contacted by the main office to exchange your ticket. Tickets are still non-refundable in severe weather cases.
All persons attending the show must have a ticket. Children who will be sitting on parents laps, must still have a purchased ticket. We suggest always contacting the office to check appropriate age limit for productions. Children 3 years of age and younger are not permitted for any performances.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Wheelchair accessible seating:
Designated wheelchair seating is available in the back of the auditorium. For wheelchair accessible seats, please call the box office. Wheelchair accessible seats are not available for purchase online.
Parking for handicap or disabled guests:
Please inform the box office of your parking needs when you order your tickets. When you arrive, a parking space will be reserved for you close to the main entrance. Only those with handicap or disability needs may call in to reserve a parking spot.
If tickets are purchased in advance, enter through the main entrances. The main entrances are two sets of double white doors located on the front of the building. To pick up tickets from Will Call, please make your way to the Will Call window located on the main front patio. You will then be able to enter through the main entrances. If weather is bad, the Will Call will be located inside. Please enter through the single green door located on the front of the building, where you will be directed by ushers to the Will Call. If you need to purchase tickets, please enter through the single green door located on the front of the building and proceed to the Information Desk located in the main hallway.
All Logos Theatre productions provide concessions located at the back of the auditorium. Concessions are available before production, during intermission, and after production. Concessions can only accept cash or checks as payment at this time.
First Aid/Emergency Situations:
CPR trained personnel or a registered nurse is present at all Logos Theatre productions. If you need medical assistance, contact the nearest usher.
Logos Theatre usually open doors 30 minutes prior to production time. Patrons are asked to arrive at the theater no later than 15 minutes before production time.
-Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
-Glass or metal containers
-Outside food or beverage
-Packages, parcels or items where the contents of which cannot be displayed
Smoking is prohibited in and on Logos Theatre property.
Pictures and Recording:
Flash photography is never permitted in the Logos Theatre. Pictures of the production may be taken, but flash must be turned off. All persons using flash photography will be removed from the auditorium. All recording of any kind is not allowed of any Logos Theatre production. Any person found recording the production, will be asked to leave the auditorium.
Late arrival/Leaving during performance:
Patrons arriving after the performance has begun or patrons leaving the auditorium once performance has begun, will not be able to re-enter auditorium until an appropriate time is available. Patrons may be re-seated in an unassigned seat until appropriate time is available to move patrons to assigned seat.
Group discount pricing is available for groups of 15 or more. Please contact the box office for more information and ticket pricing.
You attendance at a Logos Theatre production is your permission for us to use your still image, or your moving image for marketing and/or fundraising purposes.

*includes backstage passes for each production & 2 free concessions per performance
