If accepted as a drama team member, I understand that I am committed to travel for the entire summer tour. All funds raised on my behalf would be forfeited by me and applied to another team member’s account should I later decide not to travel or should I be removed from a team by an administrative disciplinary decision. (The funds would be transferred to help with your replacement or needed adjustments).
It must be understood that individual support does not go to the individual, but rather to the general needs of THE ACADEMY OF ARTS Ministry to meet the needs of each team. Otherwise, the support raised would not qualify as tax-deductible gifts. Therefore, all checks must be made payable to THE ACADEMY OF ARTS, if they are to receive a tax-deductible receipt from the organization.
I have read and agree with the above statements. I understand that if I am accepted as a team member I am obligated to travel for the entire tour. I will abide by the rules and regulations of THE ACADEMY OF ARTS and its leadership. I am excited to become a part of this unique ministry and will work to bring glory to the name of the LORD both “on and off stage” as we strive to “make the Bible come alive as missionaries to America’s youth!”
